What happens after you send it

1. We reply by email and ask for the file. Whatever exists — the proposal or plan, the draft application, the consent, recruitment drafts, the instruments, the site letter or the name of who would sign it, training certificates. Unfinished is fine; a plan alone is fine. If the board has already written back, send its letter too.
2. The inspecting party reads it. The board’s own cross-read, run early — application against plan, consent against application, letters against the data answers, category against design — by three consultants, each for the part of the process she owns.
3. The findings come back in writing. Each with the evidence the reviewer would see, its severity and the corrective action, plus a reading of the review path and a written fixed-fee quote for whichever package fits. If the honest report is “submit it as it stands,” you hear that and there is nothing to quote.
4. You decide. Cure the findings yourself, hand us part of the process, or hand us all of it — the determination, every document, the submission, every reply until the board has decided. No obligation follows the review either way.

Already returned by the board? Choose “Returned by the IRB” above and bring the letter. The response memo and the revised pages are part of what we carry, item by item, until the board is satisfied.

What you send is read by the inspecting party and nobody else, and is never shared with Aspen University or any board. The privacy page sets out what is kept and for how long.
